At Cornerstone Anglican Church in Kennewick, Washington we believe that everyone has the potential to grow in their faith and to deepen their relationship with God.
OUR VISION
Our purpose is to fulfill the Great Commandment and Great Commission given to us by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To worship Almighty God, serve His only Son Jesus Christ, and bring all people to Him by the grace and power of the Holy Spirit. This is the core emphasis of our vision, mission, and values.
WHAT WE DO
We strive to be a parish that pours itself out for God, makes disciples, strengthens the faithful, and hands the Christian Faith to the next generation. We proclaim our traditional faith. Christ has died. Christ has risen. Christ will come again!
OUR HISTORY
Our parish was founded by Sudanese immigrants in the Tri-Cities, Washington. Our services have the joyful flavor of our African roots but richly connected to our Global Anglican brothers and sisters in Christ around the world. ALL ARE WELCOME! Founded in 2023 with Bishop Kevin Bond Allen, Diocese of Cascadia (ACNA, GAFCON) and Bishop Andudu Adam Elnail, Diocese of Kadugli, Sudan (GAFCON), present, Fr. Art Moore was appointed by both bishops to serve as "Priest in Charge" to form, nurture and organize our new parish.
